Empowered Yoga is a personalised yoga programme, tailored to your individual needs, that will give you a 6 week jumpstart towards your wellbeing goals.
How it works
- Together we discover and define your wellbeing goals and agree how you will measure your personal progress.
- We will meet weekly for 6 weeks, in your own home, for 75 minutes per session.
- Together, we will learn, grown, explore and refine an effective practice that works for you.
- After 6 weeks you will have enough knowledge to be able to practice alone, safely, with confidence.
What you’ll get
- 1x 90 hour initial consultation, inc. diet and lifestyle review.
- 5x 75 minute personalised classes.
- Direct contact with an experienced yoga teacher and private access to a wealth of knowledge.
- The necessary insight and support to help you identify and address patterns that create imbalance and obscure progress, both on and off the mat.
- Your very own practice, presented in an easy to follow ‘cheat sheet.’
€360 with options to continue your 1-2-1 practice regularly or book a monthly tune-up.
Classes should ideally be taken over 6 consecutive weeks.
Amsterdam-Zuid and surrounding area. Classes are offered in your own home, at a time that is convenient for you.
