A quintessential English escape in the heart of the Norfolk countryside.
Friday 22nd September – Sunday 24th September 2017
You are in invited to join me for a special extended weekend of yoga, rest and relaxation in a delightfully rural setting, surrounded by spectacular Norfolk countryside.
During this wholesome wellness weekend filled with yoga, nourishing food and country air, we will seek to bring a little balance back into busy lives and get grounded, so you can find sanctuary in a stiller space that arises within when we embrace equilibrium.
As the sun begins to sink on summer this retreat offers you the opportunity to ease into the new season with grace as Autumn approaches.
Morning yoga practice will be focused on bringing you home to your body and finding your roots, as we explore the roots of yoga practice. We will work together to kindle your inner fire, which can begin to fade at this time of year, to renew your energy and leave you feeling refreshed.
Afternoon classes will be restorative, inviting the withdrawal we crave when the nights get darker and the days grow cooler.
All classes take place in the quaint and quirky heritage Village Hall, complete with exposed beams and huge fireplace.
Having grown up in Norfolk, being able to offer this retreat in my childhood home is particularly special for me. Expansive English countryside skies, sea-fragranced air and a stilling symphony of bird song and silence are woven into the promise of this heartfelt, homecoming retreat held at West Lexham.
You can choose to make your retreat weekend as active or restful as you like; spend your free time exploring the 21 acres of gardens, woods, rivers and lakes, walking to quaint villages nearby, soaking up the last of the summer sun by the heated pool, snoozing in your cottage bedroom or reading by the fire.
This is a quintessential English retreat in the heart of the Norfolk countryside. A weekend here is sure to soothe, uplift and rebalance your soul.
